Over the years we have seen and heard recommendations from many other vendors in our area for excellence in their particular specialty.  Below is our list of those professionals who have made the biggest impact in recent years.

  • Ellsworth Catering, Shepherdstown WV - Always timely, very professional staff. Sylvia Ellsworth always seems to know what is going on, and how to keep things from getting stale or dull.  Her chef has made some really delicious creations, and we hear the rates are very reasonable.  She can be reached at 304-876-9900.

  • Magnolia Tree, Ranson WV - We have never seen Kevin fail to prepare exactly what was ordered, and have always found him to be at the peak of perfection on most things he does.  They also do amazing floral arrangements.  304-728-7773

  • Harmon's Carriages, Northern VA - A beautiful way to travel, Harmon's uses the utmost in professional care at your wedding. The driver even dresses the part, and the horses are exquisitely groomed. You can call them at 703-327-6731

  • Purple Iris Events - The grand Hartwood Mansion on Route 11 south in Martinsburg is the venue to be for the best service, reasonable rates, and great food.  As many events as we have done there, we have NEVER heard a complaint, especially under the ownership of Tiffany and Dan.  Their website is www.purpleiris.com.
