Portrait Policies

All of our portraits are done in-studio or on-location.

Reserved Sitting Fees - In order to guarantee your portrait sitting date and time in our studio, or on-location, we will accept your sitting reservation fee of $150 prior to your sitting date.  Your sitting must be reserved in advance.  A $100 credit from your reservation fee will be applied toward your order.  When you call us to set up a portrait sitting, please provide your credit card information.  You may also mail a check in or stop by to make your pre-payment. 

Cancellation - Sittings not prepaid within three days will be cancelled.  If you cannot make your sitting, you must call at least 48 hours in advance.  If you need to postpone, there may be a fee.  If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, the entire $150 reservation fee will be forfeited.  If you are late by more than 30 minutes without calling us, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your sitting; fees may apply.

Separate Preview Sessions - We extend all our clients the opportunity to have portrait preview sessions separate from the portrait sitting date.  Please let us know in advance if you would like to have your preview session done separately.  In some cases, we may recommend it for larger groups and families with small children.  We will do all we can to accommodate your needs.

Online Previews - We will put previews from any session online, following an in-studio preview session, for the convenience of your family and friends.  Online previews are available for a maximum of 14 days.  If you choose to have your previews online in lieu of an in-studio preview session, orders must be placed within 14 days to use the $100 credit available through our Portrait Sitting Package.
